You will be sharing a spacious executive home with two or three respectful and quiet professionals. Housemates are typically students from local colleges or full-time employees working outside the home. The property is under professional management with a manager regularly on-site.

Pricing and Deposits

• The rate is $60 per day with a 20-day minimum stay, paid in advance. A refundable security deposit of $800 is required.
• The deposit is fully refundable provided all house rules and regulations are followed. After the first 20 days, stays can be extended weekly with payment due in advance.
• The monthly rate is $1,300.00 with a refundable security deposit of $1,300.00, contingent upon adherence to all rules and no property damage.
• For daily stays, a fully refundable security deposit of $1000 is required, subject to the same conditions.
