Booking Details

Check-in: Available on any Wednesday or Saturday throughout 2026.
Check-out: The following Wednesday or Saturday.

Rental rates:
$1600 for a 7-night stay.
$3000 for a 14-night stay.

A $90 weekly tax is applicable, payable directly to the resort by the guest upon arrival.

There is no cleaning fee or additional charges, unless guests are responsible for damages, in which case the resort will impose repair fees.

When available, the resort typically rents one-bedroom units for 7 nights (including tax) at $1700 for a garden view, $1850 for an ocean view, and $2000 for an oceanfront unit. I am offering a 7-night stay in a 1-bedroom unit for $1600, regardless of the view. I will secure the unit with the best available view for your selected dates.

Accommodation Options

The standard one-bedroom, one-bathroom units are 740 square feet and accommodate up to 4 guests. They feature one king bed in the bedroom and one queen sofa bed in the living room. The resort strictly enforces this occupancy limit.

The resort also offers a limited number of one-bedroom, one-bathroom plus loft units. These are 950 square feet and sleep up to 6 people, with one king bed in the downstairs bedroom, one king bed in the upstairs loft, and a queen sofa bed in the living room. The occupancy limit of 6 guests is strictly enforced for these units.

The rental price is identical for both the 740 sq ft and 950 sq ft units. The layouts are essentially the same, with the larger units featuring a staircase and a spacious loft bedroom.

Unit Features & Amenities

• Each condominium includes a balcony or patio, depending on its floor level.
• Buildings are three stories high and equipped with elevators; stairs are also available.
• Units have been recently refurbished and include full kitchens with a refrigerator, microwave, stove, oven, dishwasher, and a complete set of dishes, utensils, pots, and pans.
• In-unit amenities comprise free WiFi, cable TV, a DVD player, a landline telephone, and air conditioning.
• Shared laundry facilities with coin-operated washers and dryers are located on the property.

Resort Grounds & Location

• The lush tropical grounds feature a swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, tennis courts, pickleball courts, a putting green, shuffleboard, croquet, barbecues, and picnic tables.
• The property is oceanfront with easy beach access.
• It is conveniently located near shopping and dining establishments.
• This is an ideal setting for a memorable vacation on Kauai\'s beautiful eastern coast.

Policies & Additional Information

• At least one guest must be 21 years of age or older.
• Reservations require full payment at the time of booking. Dates cannot be altered once booked.
• No refunds are provided for early departure.
• No refunds are given for inclement weather, except in cases where a mandatory evacuation is ordered due to a major storm; the unused portion of the rent would then be refunded.
• Free internet access and local phone calls are provided. Charges apply for calls made outside of Kauai; guests may use personal cell phones to avoid these fees.
• Complimentary mid-week cleaning service is included.
• Pets are not permitted at the resort.
• Car rental is recommended and available at the airport. The resort offers one free parking space per unit. RVs and trailers are not allowed.
• A 24-hour Front Desk is available to assist with late check-in.
• The resort\'s Activities Desk can help book tours and offers excellent guidance for exploring the Garden Isle.

This is a meticulously maintained resort. I have always found it to be a comfortable and enjoyable place to stay and highly recommend it. I have been a timeshare owner here since 1988.
