About This House

Despite the presence of rent control and having weathered the challenges of 2020-2021, followed by the SAG strikes and post-fire price surges, rental costs remain overwhelmingly high. Wages have not kept pace, making it difficult to justify the expense given issues with inconsiderate neighbors and problematic parking in Koreatown. I am also quite weary of the habitability concerns in my current building.

As a professional in the entertainment industry, I am ideally looking for a privately-owned guest house or studio apartment. I am confident that private landlords are out there! I am also open to a roommate arrangement if the responses suggest a potential for a healthy shared living environment. My target move-in date is around December 15th, with a budget of $1000.

Preferred Areas

Los Feliz, East Hollywood, Echo Park, and Silver Lake are ideal, but I am also willing to consider the Valley, including areas like North Hollywood and Van Nuys.
