About This House

Hello!

We are a conscientious couple seeking a furnished rental with one or more bedrooms in the Marina Del Ray, Venice, or Ocean Park areas. Our move-in target is early January, and we require a lease term of four to six months. As seasonal residents seeking a warmer climate in Los Angeles, we hope to find a location within walking or biking distance of the beach. The ideal home will have on-site laundry facilities and storage space for two bicycles.

During our stay, we plan to enjoy beach volleyball and cycling. Jenny will also be participating with the Agape International Choir for the Easter season. We are both established professionals in the healthcare field and work remotely.

We will be accompanied by our dog, Sadie. She is a low-maintenance companion, weighing only fifteen pounds. She is not prone to destructive behavior or excessive barking.

We are pleased to provide outstanding references who can attest that we maintain properties exceptionally well. Our monthly budget is approximately two thousand eight hundred and fifty dollars.
