About This House

Hello, I am a Canadian professional currently engaged in the film industry in Los Angeles. My work assignment requires me to be in the city for approximately three to four months, commencing in early January. I am seeking a comfortable sublet for the duration of my stay. It is important to me that the accommodation is a complete, private unit and not a shared living arrangement.

I consider myself a quiet, clean, and conscientious tenant who will respect your property as if it were my own. A dedicated parking space is also a necessary requirement for my stay.

I am more than willing to provide further personal and professional references upon conversation. I will be in Los Angeles from December 4th through the 15th and would be available to view the property in person during that window, if scheduling permits.
