I am beginning a new remote position and am planning to return to the Koreatown area. My annual gross income will be approximately $124,000.

I am seeking a furnished, quiet, one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment.

I am not interested in having roommates or any form of co-living arrangement.

I am a single, mature professional man with no children or pets. I have resided in Pomona for the last seven years and now wish to move back to Koreatown.
