My significant other and I are seeking a one-bedroom apartment or studio with a monthly rent under $1,600. I am a 21-year-old woman who will graduate with honors from CSULB this spring, earning a degree in psychology. My partner, a 21-year-old man, is currently a student at CSUF, majoring in graphic design. We are both employed while maintaining full-time academic schedules and are eager to find a private residence without the need for additional roommates.

Both of us possess credit scores exceeding 700. We are also quite resourceful and capable with household repairs, meaning we seldom encounter maintenance problems we cannot resolve independently. We are open to offering various services to help offset the rental cost, such as childcare, senior assistance, yard work, or pet care.
