Hello, my name is Naomi and I work as an occupational therapy assistant. I have secured a contract position in Valencia, with my employment scheduled to begin on January 12, 2026, and conclude on June 12, 2026. I am currently seeking a furnished room to rent for this period.

A bit about myself: I am 38 years old, single, and will be traveling alone. I do not have any children or pets. My work schedule will be a standard Monday through Friday day shift. I am also enrolled in school, so my weekday evenings will generally be dedicated to studying. On weekends, I usually leave the area to go hiking, visit friends, or go skiing. Regarding the accommodation: I would strongly prefer a room with a private bathroom. I also need to have access to the kitchen for light meal preparation and to laundry facilities.
