About This House

I am searching for a new place to live once more. This marks my third attempt at sharing a home with roommates, and it has proven to be a challenge. It is difficult to locate individuals who are respectful, accountable, and mature. I maintain an exceptionally tidy lifestyle, manage my finances diligently, and am the owner of a Labrador mix puppy. I am employed in two positions and also operate several small businesses. My schedule is typically very busy, and I enjoy social activities, so I am primarily in need of a straightforward space for sleeping, eating, and showering. I will be at the residence infrequently. My dog is extremely well-behaved, peaceful, and adorable. My requirements are minimal. I avoid drama and prefer to resolve any issues through calm, mature conversation. My current budget is between $800 and $1000; however, my financial situation is improving, which should allow for a range of approximately $1200 to $1300 in the near future.

Preferred Locations

I am flexible regarding location. I was raised in the San Fernando Valley but am also familiar with Orange County, the Pacific Coast Highway area, and Los Angeles, including downtown. My ideal areas would include communities along Ventura Boulevard from Winnetka down to Los Angeles, such as Studio City, Sherman Oaks, Tarzana, and Encino. I am also interested in locations along the Pacific Coast Highway from Malibu and Topanga Canyon to Venice and Long Beach, as well as neighborhoods on the outskirts of downtown LA like West Hollywood, Hollywood, Beverly Hills, Westwood, Century City, and Sawtelle. That said, I am open to considering many other options. I am willing to evaluate all possibilities with an open mind.
