About This House

Hello. I am in search of storage space for a substantial collection of accumulated items. The belongings consist primarily of numerous small boxes and possibly some metal shelving units. The contents are mostly miscellaneous electronic components and books. I assure you there is nothing hazardous, dangerous, or illegal among them. I currently maintain several storage units across different locations, for which I have consistently paid rent without ever missing a payment over many years. However, with rental rates rising, I am exploring options to consolidate my storage or relocate items to more affordable spaces in an effort to reduce costs. I have not yet reached the point of discarding everything—a prospect I find difficult—but if I cannot begin to save money, I may be compelled to do so. In the meantime, perhaps you could earn some extra income while I achieve some savings, making this a mutually beneficial arrangement.

I am a highly reliable and trustworthy individual. As noted, I have an impeccable record of timely rent payments. I work as an Engineer, and the majority of my stored items are electronics-related, along with books. I am attempting to sell portions of the collection on eBay, though the process is quite time-intensive.

Storage Requirements

My preferred location would be within the Pasadena, Arcadia, Duarte, Monrovia, or surrounding areas. This proximity is important so I do not have to travel long distances to retrieve a low-value item. The space must be dry and completely waterproof; a standard garage door is acceptable, but there must be no ceiling leaks. Electrical power is not necessary, though having lighting would be a welcome bonus. I will not be working or living on the premises—the space is strictly for storage. No running water is required.

The area must be lockable, preferably with exclusive access granted only to me, and situated in a SAFE neighborhood. I want to avoid any risk of break-ins or encountering suspicious individuals during my visits, which may be infrequent and vary in timing. Ideally, 24-hour access would be available, though I can accommodate limited hours, as it is unlikely I would need to visit in the middle of the night.

If you have an unused garage or another private, clean, dry, safe, and secure storage area that is currently sitting idle and you are not asking for an exorbitant rental fee, please get in touch. I am generally interested in a long-term arrangement, as moving a large volume of items is a significant undertaking.
