We are a married couple, both career educators with over forty years of combined teaching experience between us, and we are raising a sixteen-year-old. After years in a townhouse community, we have grown weary of neighbors who show little regard for maintaining their homes. Our goal is to connect with a property owner in the valley who has a house available and is seeking tenants who are responsible, stable, dependable, and pleasant, with excellent credit. We hope to find someone willing to rent to us, recognizing that we are ideal long-term tenants, though we must acknowledge our current budget is constrained. Our financial situation will, of course, improve considerably if we ever have a lucky win.
