Situated in secure and safe downtown Long Beach, it is near the beach and ocean and accessible 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The rental rate is $175.

This unit does not have direct street or alley access. It is not a garage, but rather a storage unit within a complex. A car cannot be parked inside, but it can accommodate a motorcycle and stored belongings. For an additional fee, it can also be used as a workspace or for sleeping.

Additional Parking Space Available

I also have a covered, gated parking spot available. It is secure 24/7 with camera surveillance, located near 1900 E Ocean Blvd, Long Beach, CA 90802. This space cannot be used for storage; its sole purpose is to park a car or van. Motor homes are not permitted.
