An ideal match would be a respectable, clean, and compatible individual, female or male, open to occasional friendship, conversation, and coffee.

The home includes kitchen privileges in a modern, clean galley-style kitchen, a shared living and dining area, and a small backyard and side yard with a garden for plants and outdoor ambiance. On-site laundry facilities are available, along with a shared covered carport if required. The goal is to create a happy, safe, serene, and comfortable living environment.

The homeowner has a well-mannered older female cat that would appreciate occasional care. A kind female housemate is preferred, as someone who could provide cat-sitting on occasion during business trips. No other pets are permitted.

Requirements and Expectations
