I am seeking to sublet my room for my portion of the rent during my five-month absence. I have one female roommate in her mid-thirties who will remain in the apartment. She has a 13-year-old Staffordshire Terrier that will also be staying. The dog is very gentle, calm, and friendly. She spends most of her time sleeping, does not bark, and is welcoming to all people. The dog appears in some of the listing photographs.
Ideal Candidate
We are prioritizing a good personal fit over simply filling the room. Given that my current roommate is female, she would prefer another female roommate, but male applicants are also welcome to inquire.
