Short-term roommate sought for approximately one to two months, with flexibility on duration. This arrangement may also suit individuals such as traveling nurses who require lodging while on assignment.

You have a choice of accommodations within this one-bedroom apartment featuring an additional upstairs loft:

• The living room, with a shared bathroom.
• The semi-private loft space, which includes a private bathroom. Please note, the loft is open and does not have a full enclosing wall.

The household consists of a single father and his 20-year-old son, who is a college student and occupies the bedroom.

Rent is determined by your chosen sleeping area. The living room is $995 per month, plus a security deposit. The upstairs loft with private bathroom is slightly more.

This is a temporary rental, not a long-term lease. The apartment complex features a pool and is situated directly near a bus stop for the 167 line. It is across the street from a Whole Foods market, very close to Ventura Boulevard with numerous businesses nearby, in the Sherman Oaks/Studio City area. The location is also very convenient to the major film and television studios.

This setup is ideal for someone new to California and finding their footing, a traveling nurse, or a similar professional.

House rules: No smokers, no vaping, no drugs, and no marijuana.

Ongoing, recurring accommodations for a few days or weeks per month—such as for a traveling nurse on regular assignments—could potentially be arranged. I am open to discussing such possibilities.

The environment is clean, safe, and drama-free. I am simply a responsible father looking to reduce living expenses.
