Seeking an individual to occupy a bedroom in a beautiful three-bedroom residence located in the Glendale Hills, with availability commencing December 1st. Two feline companions reside in the home, and we may be open to welcoming additional furry friends.

Our third housemate is relocating, creating an opportunity for someone to assume her room on either a short-term or long-term basis. The two current residents are professionals in our thirties with over a decade of experience in the entertainment industry. Our schedules are demanding, leading us to be away from home frequently. We seldom host guests, ensuring a quiet environment rather than a party atmosphere, which affords ample personal space. We are 420-friendly and LGBT+ inclusive.
