AVAILABLE starting December 1st or 8th. A semi-private room is offered within a guesthouse, featuring its own private entrance situated in the backyard of a tranquil neighborhood.
The guesthouse contains two rooms, divided by a shared bathroom. You will have your own private entrance. The bathroom and kitchen are shared with me, as I occupy the other room with my own separate entrance. The arrangement is similar to each of us having a studio apartment while sharing the kitchen and bathroom facilities. Therefore, a tenant who values autonomy and personal space is preferred. The owner seeks a responsible individual.
The monthly cost for rent and all utilities is 1245.
Tenant Criteria
- Respectful, easygoing, quiet, and clean.
- No couples.
- No pets.
- No smokers.
- No partying.
- No overnight guests.
- The owner also emphasizes a preference for a drama-free tenancy.
- A good credit score is required (verified via Credit Karma).

The rent, inclusive of utilities, is 1245 per month, plus a security deposit. A 6-month lease is standard, with potential for extension for the right tenant.
