About This House

Private room available for rent. The bathroom is shared with one other individual, who is female. The home contains a total of four bedrooms and two bathrooms. Presently, there are three female tenants residing in the property.

The cost for utilities, which includes High-Speed Cable Internet, Water, Electricity, and Gas, is separate from the rent. This expense will be divided equally among the four household residents.

The room is furnished with a full-size bed, a closet, and a dresser. The house has been recently renovated and is situated in a peaceful area. Amenities include a Washer and Dryer, an Electric Kitchen Stove, two Large Refrigerators (to be shared between two people each), a Microwave, and dedicated kitchen storage space for each of the four residents. Please note, this is a standalone house, not a condominium or apartment.

Parking is available on the street and also on the property itself, offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

The location is approximately ten minutes from Downtown Los Angeles and about twenty minutes from Orange County. It provides easy access to Freeways 5, 710, and 60. The area is also close to East LA College, Cal-State LA, and USC.

To secure the room, the move-in requirements are the first month\'s rent, a one-month security deposit, and a cleaning fee.

The rental agreement is on a month-to-month basis. A tenant may terminate their stay by providing one month\'s advance notice.

The current long-term residents prefer a quiet living environment. As such, parties, smoking or vaping of any kind anywhere on the property (inside or outside), drug use, heavy alcohol consumption, and playing loud music are not permitted.
