Small private room available for rent. The space features a private side entrance and does not share any common areas with the main residence. It includes a private bathroom equipped with a shower stall (no bathtub). A kitchenette area is provided, complete with a refrigerator and microwave. Please note there is no stove, so the unit may not be suitable for those who cook regularly. Utilities include internet, while gas and DWP (Department of Water and Power) costs are split evenly each month.
Street parking is available, and on-site laundry facilities are provided. The rental agreement stipulates no parties, no smoking of any kind, and is for a single occupant only.
The room can be arranged as either furnished, featuring a queen-size bed, or unfurnished. A security deposit of $500 is required, from which a $45 cleaning fee will be deducted upon move-out. The lease is on a month-to-month basis, requiring a 30-day notice to vacate.
