I am generally unable to reserve the space for anyone. Since this is a week-to-week rental, holding it results in a loss of income. Therefore, please only respond if you are prepared to move in on the same day, the next day, or within the next two days at the latest. I operate on a first-come, first-served basis, provided the arrangement is suitable for all parties. In your email, please specify your desired move-in date and intended length of stay. I will only reply to emails containing this information. Thank you for your understanding.

I am offering an unfurnished space for rent within my two-story apartment. Please note, this is not a private, enclosed room. The area is separated by room dividers, as shown in the photographs. It is situated on the lower level of my apartment, and no one else will be sleeping downstairs. The rental rate is $225 per week, available on a weekly basis for a maximum duration of three weeks. Payment is accepted in cash only. The price is non-negotiable, not prorated, and all payments are non-refundable. Rent includes water, gas, and electricity. You will have access to the kitchen for light cooking and to the WiFi. The apartment has 1.5 bathrooms, with the shared full bathroom located upstairs.

A $100 cash deposit is required, which is also non-negotiable. This deposit will be refunded on the day you move out, provided you vacate the space, remove all belongings, return the keys, and leave the rented area in the same condition as when you arrived. For security purposes, I will request a copy of your government-issued identification and will provide a rental agreement for you to review and sign.

This space is ideal as a starter or transitional arrangement, suitable for someone relocating from another city or between apartments. It is not intended for individuals with furniture to bring in or for those seeking a long-term rental. The area includes one twin-sized air mattress. The building is a seven-unit complex. It is conveniently located near the 170 and 101 freeways. Several amenities are within walking distance or close by, including Bank of America, Chase, Wells Fargo, Target, Burlington, Trader Joe\'s, Starbucks, and other stores.

I am a relaxed female who prefers a female roommate. One male tenant also resides here. I am seeking someone who is respectful of me and my property, responsible, and clean. No couples, infants, smoking inside the apartment, parties, loud noises, or pets are permitted. Shoes must be removed before walking on the carpet. If you are uncomfortable with removing your shoes upon entry, I apologize, but this listing is not a good fit for you. I am being transparent to set clear expectations. I have one small dog, and no other dogs or cats are allowed in the apartment. Please ensure you do not have allergies to dogs.
