About This House

We are a same-sex couple (mentioning this for transparency) seeking a responsible, tidy, and respectful individual to share our home. The ideal candidate will be a non-smoker and not host overnight guests. Our two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment means the available room is private. The kitchen, including the stove and refrigerator, and the living room are shared spaces. Please note that we have cats, so this is not a suitable environment for anyone with allergies.

Available Options

• Option 1: Rent is $900 per month. This includes all utilities and provides a private bedroom with a private bathroom. A refundable security deposit of $900 is required, which will be returned upon providing a 30-day move-out notice. Parking is not included.
• Option 2: Rent is $800 per month. This includes all utilities and provides a private bedroom, but the bathroom is shared. A refundable security deposit of $800 is required, which will be returned upon providing a 30-day move-out notice. Parking is not included.

The rental agreement will be on a month-to-month basis. Rent payments must be made via money order or Zelle; cash payments are not accepted.

We will begin showing the room in December, with the move-in date set for January 2026.
