We have a bedroom available in our four-bedroom, two-bathroom house. The four current residents, all male, are responsible, considerate, clean, respectful, and do not use drugs. One of our housemates is moving out. We are working professionals who maintain a calm and harmonious living environment. Our home is a serene sanctuary, complete with a seven-foot water fountain.

We are seeking a communicative person who is comfortable engaging with their housemates. We value our peaceful space and prefer to limit visitor traffic. To maintain this environment, we do not permit the following: drugs, smoking, heavy alcohol consumption, or frequent visitors and overnight guests who are not residents.

What\'s Included?

The room features mirrored sliding closet doors with upper and lower storage racks. It faces Northwest at the rear of the house, avoiding direct morning sun.
