Hello,

I will be working outside of the local area for a three-month period beginning January 7th. I am seeking a suitable individual to sublet my rear guest house.

This is a fully furnished, private, quiet, and clean detached unit located on a residential street in Lawndale, situated just eight blocks from Redondo Beach.

The location is ideal. It is approximately three miles directly to Hermosa Beach and roughly a fifteen-minute drive to Los Angeles International Airport (LAX). The property is situated just a few blocks from the 405 freeway on a peaceful street. You are merely blocks away from Target, various grocery stores, a shopping mall, and other amenities, making it exceptionally convenient.

The home features two bedrooms; however, the second bedroom will remain locked during my absence.

The unit includes the following amenities:

• A bedroom with a king-size bed featuring a brand-new luxury mattress and bedding
• A large, comfortable sectional sofa in the living area accompanied by a large-screen Smart TV
• A washer and dryer located inside the unit
• A backyard with direct interior access
• A front yard with a small table for outdoor seating
• One dedicated parking spot in the driveway

I would prefer a single occupant but am willing to consider two people.
