The rental terms are $800 per month on a month-to-month basis, plus utilities, which typically range from $60 to $90 every two months. A security deposit of $800 is required. On-site laundry facilities are available, and the household is 420-friendly. This room is intended for a single occupant only; no pets or parties are permitted. A calm and relaxed atmosphere is expected.
