I am unable to reserve the space for anyone, as this is a weekly rental and holding it would result in a loss. Therefore, please only inquire if you are prepared to move in on the same day or within the next day or two at most. I operate on a first-come, first-served basis, provided it is a good mutual fit. In your email, please specify your intended move-in date and the duration of your stay. I will only respond to emails containing this information. Thank you for your understanding.

I am offering an unfurnished space for rent within my two-story apartment. Please note, this is not a private, enclosed room. The area is separated by room dividers, as shown in the photographs. It is located on the lower level of my apartment, and no one else will be sleeping downstairs. The rental term is weekly at a rate of $225 per week, for a maximum stay of three weeks. Payment is accepted in cash only. The price is fixed, non-negotiable, non-prorated, and non-refundable. Utilities (water, gas, and electricity) are included, as is access to the kitchen for light cooking and to the WiFi. The apartment has one and a half bathrooms, with the shared bathroom located upstairs.

A $100 cash deposit is required, which is also non-negotiable. This deposit will be refunded on the day you move out, provided you vacate the space, remove all belongings, return the keys, and leave the rented area in its original condition. For security purposes, I will request a copy of your government-issued ID and will provide a rental agreement for your signature.

Street parking is the only available option.

About the Space

This rental is ideal as a starter or transitional home for individuals relocating from another city or between apartments. It is not suitable for someone with furniture to move in or for those seeking a long-term lease. The space includes one twin air mattress. The building is a seven-unit complex conveniently located near the 170 and 101 freeways. It is within walking distance of several banks, including Bank of America, Chase, and Wells Fargo, as well as stores like Target, Burlington, Trader Joe\'s, and Starbucks.

Household Details

I am an easygoing female who prefers a female roommate. One male also resides in the apartment. I am seeking a respectful and responsible individual. The following are not permitted: couples, infants, indoor smoking, parties, loud noises, and pets. Shoes must be removed before walking on the carpet; if this is an issue, this rental is not for you. I am being transparent about these requirements. I have one small dog, and no other dogs or cats are allowed. Please ensure you do not have dog allergies.
