In Glendora, a four-bedroom, two-bathroom home has two rooms available for rent. One room features pleasant morning sunlight and windows offering a view of the night sky. It opens to a patio with a view of the autumn sunset and includes a large walk-in closet, a flat-screen television, and adjacent access to a small yard area ideal for morning coffee. We are seeking a compatible housemate, either female or male, who can live harmoniously with one existing male and one existing female resident. Tenants will have kitchen privileges in a clean, shared kitchen, as well as shared use of the living room and bathroom.

Home For The Holidays

Two rooms are available for the month of December only. These rooms are valued at $800 to $900 per month each, but the current price has been reduced for the holidays. This offer is for a limited time, as our lease is ending soon.

• A room with a patio is available immediately for $550 per month, plus a small $200 refundable deposit. Utilities are included.
• A second, partially furnished room is available for two people to share at $600 per month, with a $250 refundable deposit. This room will be available starting December 4th.
