About This House

QUIET, Safe, and Secure in a Highly Sought-After Neighborhood! An ideal fit for students from CAL ARTS, CSUN, College of the Canyons, or employees of these institutions.

Stays are available for 20 days, 44 days, one month, two months, and so on. Both month-to-month and daily or weekly terms are possible. A minimum stay of 20 days is required for an initial booking using the daily rate.

You will be sharing a spacious executive home with two or three respectful and quiet professionals, who are either students at nearby colleges or individuals employed full-time outside the residence. The property features professional management with an on-site manager present daily.

Conveniently located near lakes, parks, hiking and biking trails, walking paths, shopping, dining, entertainment, and the 5 Freeway.

The room is fully furnished, and guests have access to all common areas, including the living room, dining room, and kitchen. Kitchen utensils and cookware are provided. A community pool and jacuzzi are available for year-round use.

Pricing and Terms

• Daily Rate: $60 per day with a 20-day minimum stay (payment required prior to arrival) plus a $900 refundable security deposit. The deposit is refundable provided all house rules and regulations are followed. After the initial 20 days, stays can continue on a weekly basis (7-day increments) with advance payment.
• Monthly Rate (1-2 months): $1,250.00 per month plus a $1,250.00 refundable security deposit. The deposit is refundable subject to adherence to all house rules and no property damage.
