About This House

QUIET, Safe, and Secure in a Highly Desirable Neighborhood! An ideal fit for students from CAL ARTS, CSUN, or College of the Canyons, as well as for employees of these institutions.

Flexible stay terms are available, including 20 days, 44 days, one month, two months, or longer. Month-to-month or daily/weekly arrangements are possible. A minimum stay of 20 days is required for first-time guests using the daily rate.

You will be sharing a spacious, well-appointed home with two or three respectful and quiet professionals. These individuals are either students at nearby colleges or full-time employees who work outside the residence. The property is professionally managed, with an on-site manager present regularly.

The location is close to parks, hiking and biking trails, walking paths, shopping centers, restaurants, entertainment venues, and provides easy access to the Interstate 5 freeway.

The room is fully furnished, and guests have access to all common areas. This includes the living room, dining room, and a kitchen equipped with utensils and cookware. A community pool and jacuzzi are available for use throughout the year.

Pricing and Terms

• Daily Rate: $60 per day with a 20-day minimum stay. Payment is required prior to arrival, along with a $900 refundable security deposit. The deposit is refundable provided all house rules are followed. After the initial 20 days, stays can be extended weekly with advance payment.
• Monthly Rate: $1,300.00 per month, plus a $1,300.00 refundable security deposit. The deposit is refundable subject to adherence to all house rules and no property damage.
• Guests on the daily rate plan also provide a $900 security deposit.
