I am unable to reserve the space for anyone, as this is a week-to-week rental and holding it would result in a loss for me. Therefore, please only respond if you are prepared to move in on the same day, the next day, or within the next two days at the latest. I operate on a first-come, first-served basis, provided it is a good fit for all parties. In your email, please specify your desired move-in date and intended length of stay. I am renting an unfurnished space within my two-story apartment. Please note, this is not a private, enclosed room. The area is separated by room dividers, as visible in the photographs. It is located on the lower level of my apartment, and no one else sleeps downstairs. The rental rate is $225 per week, available on a weekly basis for a maximum of three weeks. Payment is accepted in cash only. The price is non-negotiable, not prorated, and no refunds are offered. Rent includes water, gas, electricity, access to the kitchen for light cooking, and wifi. The apartment has one and a half bathrooms, with the shared bathroom located upstairs.

A $100 cash deposit is required and is non-negotiable. This deposit will be refunded on the day you move out, provided you remove all your belongings, return the keys, and leave the rented space in its original condition. For mutual protection, I request a copy of your government-issued ID and will provide a rental agreement for you to sign.

Parking

Street parking is the only available option.

This space is ideal as a starter or transitional arrangement, suitable for someone relocating from another city or between apartments. It is not intended for individuals with furniture to move in or those seeking a long-term rental. The area includes one twin-sized air mattress. The building is a seven-unit complex situated near the 170 and 101 freeways. It is within somewhat walking distance to various establishments including Bank of America, Chase, Wells Fargo, Target, Burlington, Trader Joe\'s, Starbucks, and other stores.

Parking

Only street parking is available.

I am a relaxed female who prefers a female roommate. One male tenant also resides here. I am seeking someone who is respectful of me and my property, responsible, and agreeable to the following terms: no couples, no infants, no smoking inside the apartment, no parties, no loud noises, and no pets. Shoes must be removed before walking on the carpet. If you are uncomfortable with removing your shoes upon entry, I apologize, but this arrangement is not suitable for you. I am being transparent about my expectations. I have one small dog, and no other dogs or cats are permitted. Please ensure you are not allergic to dogs.
