The apartment comes completely furnished. The bedroom includes a bed, a chest of drawers, a walk-in closet, a work desk, and a vintage upright piano. All linens and towels are provided. The shared common areas consist of a living room, a full kitchen, and central air conditioning and heating. A rear porch provides a private outdoor space suitable for exercise, grilling, or relaxing with a book. Situated atop a hill in Echo Park, the residence offers a peaceful retreat from urban noise and activity while remaining centrally located. It is within walking distance of Echo Park Lake, Vista Hermosa Park, Griffith Park, Dodgers Stadium, Elysium Park, and Downtown LA.

Pets are not permitted. Smoking is allowed on the designated porch area. A laundromat is located approximately one minute away by car. The apartment is shared with two other occupants. We are seeking a clean, communicative, and responsible individual for this co-living arrangement. Couples or two people interested in sharing the room are welcome to inquire, though please note the rental rate is adjusted accordingly.
