To clarify, while two rooms are vacant, the preference is for a single tenant to select one of them, though consideration may be given to multiple occupants. One room is furnished, but these items can be removed if you wish to use your own furniture.

- Room 2: Measures 14 feet by 10 feet and features a private attached bathroom. It does not include a closet.

On occasion, I may have a few friends over for game nights, but that is the extent of social gatherings at home. I am seeking a tenant with a compatible disposition: tidy, responsible, and preferably someone who does not work from home. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property.
