The current resident is a traveling contractor for the DWP, assisting in the reconstruction of areas affected by wildfires. We are in search of another mature adult to join our living arrangement. Monthly rent encompasses wireless internet, essential bathroom supplies (toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and sanitizer), and laundry supplies (detergent pods and fabric softener). Professional housekeeping services clean the bedroom, bathrooms, and kitchen on a bi-weekly basis. Street parking is readily available. A television is provided, though it requires a streaming device such as a Firestick.

The split bathroom is shared with one other person. It includes two separate vanity areas with double sinks, each offering two cupboards and two drawers. The space is maintained to a high standard of cleanliness and features a shower-tub combination, which is also cleaned every other week by housekeeping.

House Rules and Terms

The household includes two small, quiet dogs that mind their own business and will not be a disturbance. This is a strict non-smoking and drug-free residence with no exceptions.

Reiterating the requirement: employment must be full-time. Part-time or self-employed arrangements are not acceptable. This situation is perfect for traveling healthcare professionals. The minimum lease term is four months, transitioning to a month-to-month agreement thereafter. Move-in requires the first month\'s rent, last month\'s rent, and a $300 security deposit. Payment plans for the last month\'s rent may be negotiable. A 30-day notice is required to vacate. Rent payments are accepted via Zelle, Venmo, or credit card.
