I am offering my quiet and spacious one-bedroom apartment for sublease during several periods of two weeks or more, beginning in December. There is some potential flexibility regarding the exact move-in and move-out dates.

The rate is $650 per week.

• December 1st through December 14th
• January 3rd through January 17th

This apartment provides a very peaceful and calming environment. It is ideally situated approximately half a mile north of Franklin Avenue.

Within walking distance, you will find numerous bars such as Birds, Villita Cantina, and La Poubelle; coffee shops including Beachwood Cafe, The Oaks Gourmet, and Clark Street Diner; grocery stores; and access to many excellent hiking trails. These trails lead to destinations like the Hollywood Sign, the Hollywood Reservoir, Griffith Observatory, and Bronson Caves.

The apartment comes fully equipped with linens, dishes, and all essential comforts for a pleasant stay.

A professional cleaning service will prepare the unit prior to your arrival.

I am seeking a quiet and considerate tenant who will respect both the apartment and the neighbors. Please note this unit is located within an older Hollywood bungalow building with relatively thin walls. The space is relaxing, filled with natural light, and offers an ideal work-from-home setup. Street parking in the neighborhood is readily available. You will also have access to an outdoor area for your morning coffee and an on-site coin-operated laundry facility. This is the perfect spot to enjoy a few weeks relaxing in sunny Beachwood Canyon.
