About This House

We are a same-sex couple (mentioning this for full transparency) seeking a responsible, tidy, and respectful individual to share our apartment. The ideal candidate will be a non-smoker and will not host overnight guests. Our unit features two bedrooms and two bathrooms, with the available room being one of them. The kitchen, including use of the stove and refrigerator, and the living room are shared spaces. Please note that we have cats, so this listing is not suitable for those with allergies.

Available Rental Options

1. Rent is $900 per month. This includes all utilities and provides a private bedroom with a private bathroom. No parking is included. A refundable security deposit of $900 is required, which will be returned upon providing a 30-day move-out notice.

Payment & Viewing Details

Rent payments must be made exclusively via money order or Zelle. Cash payments are not accepted. The apartment will be available for viewings starting in December.
