A sofa bed is present in the photographs but can be removed upon request. The bedroom is situated on the upper level of the condo and boasts high ceilings, new window blinds, and a new ceiling fan that operates by remote control.

The tenant will have shared access to the kitchen, living room, and the washer and dryer located in the attached garage.

Important Notes:

• This arrangement is for a single occupant only. Couples or shared tenancies are not permitted.
• Rent includes HOA fees covering water, trash collection, property maintenance, and gardening.
• The tenant is responsible for one-third of the wifi/internet, gas, and electric bills.
• Four visitor parking spaces are available on the lot on a first-come, first-served basis. Ample street parking is also available.
