Now available: a partitioned private space with walls. Enjoy a great hot shower and your own little area. You also have access to a private porch during the daytime and early evening.

This small, partitioned private spot is situated above Sunset Boulevard, away from heavy traffic and noise. It is located in the best transportation hub in all of Los Angeles, with Union Station and all major RTD lines just four blocks away. Sunset Boulevard, CVS, and Jack in the Box are a block and a half below. Echo Park Lake is also nearby.

The space is 420 friendly, with details available upon inquiry.

The monthly rate is $799, which includes everything: internet, utilities, soap, toilet paper, and even warm blankets. A $200 refundable deposit is required. A maid service is included at no extra charge for daily bathroom cleaning.

Full-time morning employment outside of this space is a requirement and condition of occupancy. You must be driven for success. The environment is peaceful at night, but after 9:00 AM on weekdays, the space becomes busy as it also functions as a weekday office. Weekends are much more peaceful and relaxing.

You will have access to a great hot shower, and the bathroom is essentially your private space on weeknights. There is one clean female roommate who stays in another partitioned area of the living room, away from your space. Please use headphones for any TV or computer use.

You have a private porch area in the shade, which is 420 friendly and away from any neighbors. You may also eat out there.

You are not on any watch lists, but if you are entering at night, please follow directions.

1. No mail service.
2. No deliveries.
3. No visitors.
4. No kitchen. No eating or smoking in the bedroom, as it can attract bugs. Inquire about a coffee maker that can be provided at no extra cost.
5. You must be clean.
6. No extra pets. There is one house cat, so you must be okay with cats.
7. No running in and out all night after 10:00 PM.

Non-compliance with these rules is grounds for termination of the living arrangement due to safety and COVID-related concerns. I understand other accommodations may be better suited for some, and it is important that all parties are happy.
