About This House

Accommodation is required for an international student attending a private high school. His arrival is scheduled for early January 2026. The monthly budget is $2200 or higher. The host family will be expected to furnish the following:

Requirements:

• A private bedroom equipped with essential furniture and wireless internet access.
• Breakfast and dinner on days when school is in session, and three meals on weekends and holidays.
• Transportation to and from the school, which is located in Westlake Village, 91362.

The student possesses his own credit card for personal expenditures and carries independent health insurance coverage.
