Full-Time Purchasing and Order Manager

Location: Must work in our office (this is not a remote position)

Compensation: $60,000 – $90,000 per year, plus health insurance, 401k, paid time off, and bonus eligibility

A rapidly expanding US-based company is seeking a highly organized full-time Purchasing and Order Manager to oversee all manufacturing orders with our overseas factory partners.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Receive product specifications and quantity requirements from our internal team.
• Source quotes, samples, and production timelines from factories in China using platforms such as Alibaba and 1688, as well as direct email.
• Negotiate optimal pricing and delivery schedules, utilizing translation assistance as needed.
• Issue purchase orders and monitor each order from initiation through to shipment.
• Request daily production photographs and progress updates.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, inspection services, and handle customs documentation.
• Maintain a master order tracking document to keep the entire company informed of order status.

Required Qualifications:

• A minimum of two years of experience in purchasing, supply chain management, or order coordination.
• Exceptional attention to detail and proficiency with spreadsheet management.
• Must have reliable transportation and be available to work in our office five days per week.
