Position: Production Coordinator for a Construction Firm

Location: Mission Hills, California

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for communication and coordination between sales representatives, subcontractors, and clients.
  • Handle the collection of customer payments.
  • Perform data entry tasks.
  • Manage the opening and closing of client project files.
  • Supervise and track project progress to ensure subcontractors meet deadlines.
  • Place orders for necessary materials.

Required Qualifications:

  • A minimum of one year of experience in construction production is mandatory.
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and a strong attention to detail.
  • Comfort and proficiency with computer systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and QuickBooks software.
  • Familiarity with construction-specific Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, such as QuickBase.

Compensation:

Monthly salary ranging from $5,000 to $6,000, based on relevant experience. This position also includes eligibility for bonus incentives.
