An immediate vacancy exists for an Assistant to the Billing Manager and Executive Director. The schedule for this full-time role is Monday through Friday, from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with potential variations based on the Administrator\'s calendar. Health benefits are available following a three-month training period. A 401K plan with employer matching is offered after one year of service.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

  • Substantial data entry requiring strong computer proficiency.
  • Contacting insurance providers to verify home health benefits and service authorizations.
  • Proficiency in typing and general computer use.
  • Competence in payroll and billing functions. Familiarity with the ADP payroll system is highly desirable.
  • Accurate data entry and organizational filing.
  • Conducting telemarketing and general phone calls with a pleasant and professional demeanor.
  • Meticulous filing of sensitive and confidential documents.
  • Payroll and bookkeeping duties; training on QuickBooks can be provided as necessary.
  • Making telemarketing calls and scheduling appointments.
  • Providing support in staffing, reception, human resources, billing, and payroll.

Required Qualifications:

  • Strong ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • A quiet, businesslike, and professional individual who avoids office politics.
  • Must be highly trustworthy and discreet, as the role involves handling confidential financial records and participating in company banking activities.
  • Demonstrated experience in general office operations and bookkeeping.
  • Willingness to work occasional overtime or weekends, though the primary schedule is Monday through Friday.
