Position Summary:

This role is dedicated to delivering expert, courteous, and effective assistance to both clients and company personnel. The individual will manage telephone inquiries, welcome guests, undertake basic computer and clerical duties, and contribute to the seamless daily functioning of the front office.

Primary Duties:

  • Respond to and route incoming telephone calls courteously and promptly
  • Welcome and aid guests, clients, and suppliers
  • Execute fundamental computer operations, such as data input, managing email communications, and preparing simple documents
  • Keep records, documents, and front desk supplies in an orderly state
  • Support scheduling efforts, coordinate appointments, and facilitate general office correspondence
  • Offer clerical assistance to supervisors and team members when required
  • Ensure the reception and office space remains tidy and inviting
  • Manage all incoming and outgoing postal items and packages
  • Consistently demonstrate superior client service and a professional demeanor

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Outstanding spoken and written communication abilities
  • Fundamental computer literacy (email, data entry, common office programs)
  • Superior client relations skills
  • Capacity to handle multiple tasks and prioritize time efficiently
  • Dependable, methodical, and attentive to details
  • Previous office or front desk experience is a plus
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
