We are seeking a dedicated Jewelry Sales Professional to become a member of our team. Individuals who value high-quality workmanship, find satisfaction in assisting customers, excel in a service-oriented atmosphere, and possess an appreciation for fine jewelry and design are encouraged to apply. This role is primarily full-time, though experienced applicants seeking part-time employment may also be considered.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assist with receiving items for jewelry and watch repair services.
- Process custom and special orders for clients.
- Contribute to team efforts in achieving sales targets.
- Deliver exceptional service to foster lasting customer relationships.
- Maintain an orderly, clean, and inviting showroom environment.
- Manage fundamental sales activities, point-of-sale transactions, and daily operational duties.
Desired Qualifications:
- GIA certifications are considered advantageous.
- Previous experience in jewelry sales is beneficial.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- A professional, reliable demeanor with a strong emphasis on attention to detail.
- Must be available to work on Saturdays and during holiday periods.
Schedule:
Working hours are Tuesday through Saturday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM or 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Annual salary range of $40,000 to $50,000, commensurate with experience.
- Reimbursement for relevant GIA coursework.
- Paid vacation time is provided.
