We are seeking a dedicated Jewelry Sales Professional to become a member of our team. Individuals who value high-quality workmanship, find satisfaction in assisting customers, excel in a service-oriented atmosphere, and possess an appreciation for fine jewelry and design are encouraged to apply. This role is primarily full-time, though experienced applicants seeking part-time employment may also be considered.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assist with receiving items for jewelry and watch repair services.
  • Process custom and special orders for clients.
  • Contribute to team efforts in achieving sales targets.
  • Deliver exceptional service to foster lasting customer relationships.
  • Maintain an orderly, clean, and inviting showroom environment.
  • Manage fundamental sales activities, point-of-sale transactions, and daily operational duties.

Desired Qualifications:

  • GIA certifications are considered advantageous.
  • Previous experience in jewelry sales is beneficial.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • A professional, reliable demeanor with a strong emphasis on attention to detail.
  • Must be available to work on Saturdays and during holiday periods.

Schedule:

Working hours are Tuesday through Saturday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM or 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Annual salary range of $40,000 to $50,000, commensurate with experience.
  • Reimbursement for relevant GIA coursework.
  • Paid vacation time is provided.
