Administrative, Clerical, or Office Position in Burbank

A language services firm is currently hiring for an administrative office role. Prior office experience is mandatory. Please note this is not an interpreter or translator role. Proficiency in a second language is not a prerequisite. Candidates must possess superior written communication abilities. Exceptional customer service skills and the capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously are essential for this role. This position is not available for remote work.

Primary responsibilities encompass data entry, receiving and responding to emails, calendar management, handling telephone calls, processing billing, proofreading, and performing other general office duties. This role offers significant potential for career advancement. Experience in a legal office setting or familiarity with special education is advantageous but not required. Salary will be evaluated after six months of employment and at minimum annually thereafter. Employees become eligible for bonus consideration following twelve months of service.

Office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. Flexible scheduling is not offered. Remote work or work-from-home arrangements are not available for this position.
