Responsibilities
- Prepare and oversee job entries within the company\'s management system.
- Monitor schedules and facilitate daily operational coordination.
- Collect client payments and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Input invoice and receipt data into the financial system.
- Print and distribute checks.
- Create and finalize project documentation files.
- Submit applications for permits and arrange inspection schedules with municipal offices.
- Serve as a communication link between clients, contractors, and city officials.
Requirements
- Excellent organizational abilities and capacity to perform under pressure.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to precision.
- A collaborative mindset, self-motivation, and strategic understanding.
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, and competent computer skills, including Excel and QuickBooks.
- Prior office experience within the construction or service industry is a significant advantage.
Schedule
Monday through Thursday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM
Compensation
$20 to $22 per hour, based on relevant experience. This position offers clear potential for professional growth and advancement within the company.
