Our organization is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated Administrative Assistant to provide support to a highly active Chief Executive Officer within a dynamic, purpose-oriented office environment. Weekly Schedule: 20 to 25 hours

Compensation: Starting wage of $19 per hour, with potential for advancement.

Primary Duties:

  • Deliver daily administrative and calendar management support to the CEO.
  • Handle communication, systematic filing, and preparation of documents.
  • Aid in conducting follow-up tasks, data input, and facilitating team coordination.
  • Contribute to the management of project assignments using tools such as Asana and Slack.
  • Assist with general office functions and special initiatives as required.

Necessary Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in an administrative or executive assistant capacity (a minimum of one year is desirable).
  • Proficient abilities in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Superior organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and effective time management.
  • Must be trustworthy, receptive to feedback, adaptable, and possess a strong desire to learn.
  • Familiarity with GoHighLevel, Asana, or Slack is considered beneficial.
