A homeowners association management firm is currently seeking a Senior HOA Property Manager.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Serve as, or supervise, the main point of contact for the Association Board of Directors and community residents.
  • Supervise the functioning and administration of the Association in compliance with the management contract and the Association\'s established policies and procedures.
  • Carry out administrative and managerial tasks as directed by the Board of Directors and in alignment with the management agreement.
  • Ensure effective use of company management tools, including maintenance calendars, action item trackers, financial summaries, delinquency trackers, and similar resources.
  • Examine monthly financial statements and summaries. A background in accounting is required.
  • Offer, or supervise the offering of, recommendations to the Association’s Board of Directors and committees concerning matters that require attention within the community.
  • Organize, attend, and facilitate Board meetings according to company standards.
  • Prepare Board meeting materials in line with company guidelines and essential protocols.
  • Assist the Board of Directors or Architectural Review Board with the architectural review process and routine inspections as needed.
  • Coordinate or supervise inspections of building facilities and common areas, and arrange necessary follow-up actions.
  • Perform community walk-throughs and inspections as stipulated in the management contract.
  • Coordinate and oversee all construction and maintenance projects with vendors.
  • Additional duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

  • A four-year college degree is preferred.
  • At least four years of experience as an HOA portfolio manager, not as an on-site manager.
  • Knowledgeable about HOA rules, regulations, and legal requirements.
  • Outstanding customer service abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Skilled in reviewing and interpreting budgets and financial reports.
  • Strong organizational capabilities.
  • A character that is honest, responsible, positive, and pleasant.
