A boutique family law litigation practice in West Los Angeles is seeking a legal receptionist to become part of our team.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will be fluent in multiple languages, with Korean, Spanish, or French considered a strong advantage. A minimum of one year of professional office experience is required. Candidates must possess exceptional telephone skills, including comfort when speaking with unfamiliar callers, alongside proven abilities in multitasking, computer use, and writing. A high level of motivation to learn about law firm operations is essential. Success in a litigation environment demands excellent time management, organizational skills, and self-motivation. Applicants should be proficient with technology and highly comfortable using Microsoft Word and Adobe PDF software.
Primary Duties
Responsibilities for this role will include greeting clients in person, answering and directing telephone calls, providing support to paralegals and attorneys, communicating with clients and opposing counsel, managing files, and collaborating effectively with a team of staff and attorneys.

Schedule and Compensation
- Schedule: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Base salary: $42,000 per year with additional bonus opportunities
- Two weeks of paid time off
