Your objective is to guarantee that every discussion, document, and communication is conveyed with lucidity, appropriate context, and assurance in both English and Mandarin.

Primary Responsibilities

• Direct and enhance the translation framework throughout Snail Games, spanning from executive correspondence to marketing content, thereby establishing a new benchmark for linguistic quality.
• Perform accurate translation and interpretation during crucial meetings, international presentations, and confidential negotiations, including providing simultaneous or whispered interpretation as necessary.
• Manage mature and delicate subject matter with professional judgment. This includes materials that may contain R-rated or adult-themed narratives, ensuring cultural and ethical context and tone are meticulously maintained.
• Mentor translation teams and external partners to preserve fluency, uniformity, and promptness across all written, spoken, and digital platforms.
• Utilize artificial intelligence and automation resources to refine translation processes, decrease turnaround time, and expand the efficiency of multilingual communications.
• Cultivate a seamless communication environment within the organization, effectively connecting Eastern and Western perspectives, leadership and staff, and conceptual ideas with practical implementation.
• Partner with senior leaders to clarify intricate dialogues into unambiguous, practical insights that inform business choices.
• Maintain the utmost standards of confidentiality when managing sensitive corporate and creative assets.

• Demonstrated history of handling sensitive or adult-rated materials with professionalism and contextual awareness.
• Prior experience overseeing cross-cultural teams and translation initiatives.
• Extensive knowledge of localization practices specific to the entertainment, gaming, or digital media industries.

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual Salary Range: $70,000 to $110,000, contingent upon experience and credentials.
