Compensation and Details

  • Compensation: $19.00 to $20.00 per hour, with final rate contingent upon sales background.

Job Description

We are a Los Angeles-based luxury apparel brand seeking a Sales Assistant to provide support to our management team. This role presents a dynamic opportunity for an individual who enjoys engaging with business-to-business clients and desires to expand their capabilities through paid, on-site training led by an experienced team.

Responsibilities

  • Receive, process, and manage follow-up for customer orders via telephone, e-commerce platforms, and face-to-face interactions.
  • Prepare and ship dropship orders.
  • Address incoming inquiries and manage order processing through phone and online channels.
  • Exhibit a lively, energetic demeanor and a solid commitment to teamwork.
  • Possess some familiarity with social media marketing initiatives and internal customer relationship management (CRM) data entry.
  • Work alongside management teams to remain informed about new products, services, and company policies.

Requirements

  • Availability from Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day (8:30 AM to 5:00 PM).
  • Superior communication and organizational skills.
  • A minimum of two years in a relevant, broadly defined customer-facing role is highly preferred.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Comfortable operating as part of a collaborative team.
  • Strong telephone etiquette and self-driven motivation for proactive cold calling to leads is essential.
  • A professional with an upbeat, positive attitude who takes genuine pride in their work.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Must be a respectful individual.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems is beneficial but not mandatory.
