Entry-Level Property Manager (No Prior Experience Necessary – Comprehensive Training Provided)

We are a property management firm headquartered in Los Angeles, responsible for over 1,000 apartment units across more than 100 buildings. We are currently recruiting for Entry-Level Property Managers to become part of our team.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Travel between various properties located throughout Los Angeles.
  • Conduct walk-throughs and inspections of apartment buildings and individual units.
  • Liaise with contractors and oversee maintenance and repair activities.
  • Communicate directly with residents and property owners.
  • Contact residents concerning overdue payments.
  • Maintain excellent organizational skills to ensure the smooth operation of your assigned portfolio.
  • Handle challenging yet equitable conversations as necessary.
  • Perform general administrative duties.

  • No previous experience is required – we provide full training.
  • Must possess a working smartphone.
  • Must have access to a personal vehicle and a valid driver\'s license.
  • A background check is required prior to official hiring.
  • A college degree is beneficial but not mandatory.
  • Proficiency in Spanish is considered an advantage.
